Really? Because I've only ever seen her in Brit historical flicks, it never occurred to me that she wouldn't be English! Hmm. (Pride and Prejudice, Wilde, the flashbacks in Possession. . . . never anything modern day or non-British.) Learn something new etc.
My aunt saw it in previews and actually left during the intermission. Which, since she'd already seem more than 2/3 of the play, seems rather a pity. I loved it.
And silme picked up tix for us to see Tempest in Stratford and Titus Andronicus at the Globe next month. Hurrah for a Shakespearean summer!
