Oh, fine, you have the second Novik book already! ;) The first one, called Temeraire here, is only out in paperback in August, but I managed to find it for sale at the Smith's in T1 Heathrow. Wonder how illegal that was, but the airports often have 'specials' with books not available outside the terminals.
I'm glad you liked the NYC Macbeth. I'd read mixed reviews of it, so it's nice to hear from someone who actually was there!
Oh, and whilst the humidity here is a killer, I had to laugh to hear on the 5.00 PM radio news whilst driving home, that the rumours are true as to the new companion's identity is. Only in England would that make the brief snippets on a radio station with only a couple of minutes' worth of news at the hour and half hour. :) I'm sure you know who it is already, but I'll include the official link.
