(no subject)

So Matt Smith and Karen Gillan were at the Way Station (our steampunk and Doctor Who bar) last night. I'm not precisely a regular -- I go there once or twice a month, depending on who's got a birthday party, steampunk music night, post-picnic gathering -- and I've actually turned down every single Doctor Who viewing night there. (Well, we get BBC America, and it's something Anti-Social Husband and I watch together.) So I'm not upset I didn't know about it; I'm just super-tickled that it happened and that next time I go to use the TARDIS (the bathroom is shaped like a . . . ), I'll see Matt's signature on the wall!

However, I've mostly been reading laments from people on FB who missed it; I want to hear from people who were there and met him. Probably tonight at the Anachronism . . . or in a few weeks, at my birthday party, which is at . . . yup, the Way Station.
