SG-1 query?

So, made it home from our fabulous anniversary dinner in time to watch SG-1, though as we are no longer tremendously decadent, the wine we drank insured we kind of fell asleep during the episode, though I manged to wake up for the ending.

Umm, I know the show got cancelled. Was that cliffhanger *it* and they'll resolve it via someone from the cast dropping by on SGA and mentioning how they all got out of it . . . or is there another half-season left before it's all over?

It reminded me of the Farscape show-ending cliffhanger; the one that Peacekeeper Wars finally resolved for us.

I haven't watched it (haven't seen any of this season, yet), but they were calling it the summer finale on the website, so I'm sure there's more to come.

That's the half season finale-- there's also going to be something after the end of season 10- but I'm not sure exactly what.

No, the monkeys who run sci-fi like to call it the season ender, but it's not, it's just the summer-ender. There is a half-season more. In fact, it will probably run sooner in other countries and we'll all have to download the show.
