He mentioned making it in his journal a few weeks ago and when I replied that it sounded great, he elaborated. I don't think he locks his journal and it would have been a couple of weeks ago. It was lovely. I just don't yet have the confidence or experience to improvise so I'm happy to take a leaf from other people's ideas. When I was single, honestly? I pretty much did pasta with jar sauce 4-5 nights a week and ate out the other 2-3 nights. So, still learning this whole cooking thing. :-)

OK, now I know. I told her to email me for it if she wanted and she hasn't so far.
