Thanks, galacticowl! I would love to write more . . . alas, it's not gonna happen right now, though. I should be finishing my dissertation revisions sometime in February and then with any luck, a fanfic-writing binge. ;-)

I loved them both. Sometimes it's nice to step away from Sam and Gene and mix it up a bit.

The Nelson story was very realistic and I can see as canon.

I am glad you wrote these, I wish you had time to write more often.

Thank you, ducky, that makes me feel so good! Maybe once the Looming Big Project is finally done . . . (Speaking of which, sorry I didn't respond sooner but I'm crazed to get chapter revisions to my advisor by the end of the week.)
